By accessing or using the jpwede platform at https://jpwede.cam — including its website, mobile interface, and all associated services — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use jpwede's services.

These Terms apply to all users of the jpwede platform, including visitors, registered members, VIP members, and any person accessing jpwede services from any device or location. jpwede reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below:

• "Platform" means the jpwede website accessible at https://jpwede.cam and all associated services, tools, and interfaces.
• "Account" means a registered user account created on the Platform by an eligible individual.
• "Member" / "You" means any individual who has registered an Account on the Platform and is using jpwede's services.
• "jpwede" / "We" / "Us" means the operating company behind the jpwede platform and all its affiliated entities.
• "Bet" / "Wager" means any monetary stake placed by a Member on a sporting event, casino game, lottery draw, or any other betting market offered on the Platform.
• "Funds" means any balance of Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp) held in a Member's account, including deposits, winnings, and bonus credits.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits awarded to a Member under a specific jpwede promotion, subject to separate wagering requirements.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process mandatory for all jpwede Members prior to withdrawal.
• "WIB" means Western Indonesia Time (UTC+7), the default time zone for all platform communications, draw times, and service hours.

To register an Account and use jpwede's services, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. jpwede enforces a strict 21+ age policy in alignment with responsible gambling standards applicable to the Indonesian market.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporate entity, trust, or automated program) acting on your own behalf.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where accessing online gambling platforms is prohibited by law. It is your responsibility to verify your local legal position before using the Platform.
• You must not be self-excluded from the Platform or from any other gambling operator as part of a self-exclusion agreement currently in force.
• You must not be an employee, director, contractor, or agent of jpwede or any affiliated company, nor an immediate family member of such a person.

Each individual may register only one (1) Account on the Platform. Creating multiple accounts — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all associated funds.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name, date of birth, valid email address, and an Indonesian mobile phone number. You must update your account details promptly if any of this information changes.

jpwede will conduct identity verification (KYC) before processing any withdrawal request. Required documents typically include:

• A government-issued photographic ID (Kartu Tanda Penduduk / KTP, passport, or SIM).
• Proof of address issued within the last three months (utility bill, bank statement, or official government correspondence).
• Proof of payment method ownership (e.g., bank account statement showing your name and account number for BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, or CIMB Niaga accounts).

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. jpwede will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorized access to your Account where you have failed to protect your login details. If you suspect unauthorized access, you must contact jpwede support immediately at [email protected].

All financial transactions on the Platform are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). jpwede accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja.

Deposits:

• The minimum deposit amount is Rp 10.000. Maximum single-transaction deposit limits vary by payment method.
• Deposits via local bank transfer and e-wallet (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja) are typically credited to your account within 1–5 minutes.
• jpwede does not charge deposit fees; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may levy its own transaction charges, for which jpwede is not responsible.
• You may only deposit funds from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.

Withdrawals:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, wherever technically possible.
• Completed KYC verification is mandatory before the first withdrawal can be processed.
• Standard withdrawal processing time is 1–24 hours (WIB) following approval. During peak periods — including major football match payouts and holiday periods such as Idul Fitri and Indonesian Independence Day (17 August) — processing may take up to 48 hours.
• jpwede reserves the right to request additional verification documents before approving any withdrawal.
• Winnings derived from funds that were deposited and never wagered may be subject to additional review.

jpwede offers a range of promotional bonuses to new and existing members, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BRI Liga 1 fixtures, the FIFA World Cup, Idul Fitri, Ramadhan, and Nyepi.

All bonus offers are subject to the following general conditions, unless the specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• Wagering Requirement: Bonus Funds are subject to a wagering requirement — typically expressed as a multiplier (e.g., 5x, 10x, or 20x the bonus amount) — before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted. The applicable wagering requirement is stated clearly on each individual promotion page.
• Eligibility: Each promotional offer is limited to one claim per Member, per household, per device, and per IP address unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Time Limit: Bonus Funds and associated wagering requirements must be fulfilled within the timeframe specified in the promotion. Unfulfilled bonus balances will expire automatically at the end of the promotional period.
• Game Contributions: Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%; live casino, sports bets, and togel (lottery) wagers may contribute at a lower rate as specified per promotion.
• Abuse: jpwede reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim any bonus where there is evidence of abuse, collusion, arbitrage, or any strategy designed to circumvent the spirit of the promotional offer.

jpwede may amend, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time without prior notice. Members are encouraged to check the current terms of any promotion before participating.

All bets and gaming transactions placed on the Platform are final once confirmed. jpwede does not accept requests to cancel, amend, or reverse a confirmed bet except in the circumstances described below.

• Sportsbook: All football bets — including bandar bola (Asian-market football wagering), standard match result, over/under, handicap, and mix parlay (accumulator) markets — are governed by jpwede's Sportsbook Rules, which are incorporated by reference into these Terms. Match-specific rules (e.g., abandonment, postponement, extra time) are published in the Sportsbook Rules section of the Platform.
• Live Casino: All live dealer games (baccarat, roulette, blackjack , sic bo, dragon tiger) are governed by the specific game rules published by the game provider (Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, SA Gaming, Microgaming). jpwede is not responsible for technical issues arising from the game provider's software.
• Slots & RNG Games: All slot games — including popular gacor slots (high-payout slots) from Pragmatic Play, Pocket Games Soft, Spribe (Aviator), and other providers — use certified Random Number Generators (RNG) audited by independent testing laboratories. jpwede publishes RNG certification on its transparency page.
• Togel (Lottery): Togel draws follow the official results published by the relevant market operators (Singapore Pools, Hongkong Jockey Club, Sydney Pools, Macau Pools). jpwede settles all togel bets according to these official results. Draw times are displayed in WIB (Western Indonesia Time).
• Cockfighting: Sabung ayam (cockfighting) betting markets follow the rules and results declared by the official event operators. jpwede settles cockfighting bets based on the declared winner (Meron or Wala) from the official stream.
• Obvious Errors: jpwede reserves the right to void any bet placed at obviously incorrect odds, erroneous game results, or under manifest technical errors. If a bet is voided, the stake will be returned to your account.
• Maximum Payouts: jpwede enforces maximum payout limits on certain markets and bet types. Maximum win limits are stated on individual game pages and market descriptions.

Members agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities while using the Platform:

• Opening or operating multiple accounts.
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Depositing funds that are not legally yours or that originate from illegal or fraudulent activity.
• Colluding with other Members or third parties to defraud jpwede or manipulate betting markets.
• Using automated software, bots, scrapers, or any script that interacts with the Platform without jpwede's express written permission.
• Exploiting software bugs, vulnerabilities, or technical errors to gain unfair advantage.
• Engaging in any form of arbitrage betting, value betting, or bonus abuse.
• Abusing chargebacks or payment reversals after funds have been legitimately wagered.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing jpwede staff or other Members through any communication channel.

jpwede reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account found to be in violation of this section. All funds in such accounts may be forfeited, and jpwede may report serious violations to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities.

All content on the Platform — including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, video, software, and data compilations — is the property of jpwede or its third-party licensors and is protected by Indonesian and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, display, perform, or create derivative works from any part of the Platform without jpwede's express written consent.

The jpwede name, logo, and all related trademarks are proprietary marks owned by jpwede. Unauthorized use of these marks is prohibited.

jpwede collects, stores, and processes your personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions.

By using the Platform, you consent to jpwede collecting and processing your personal data — including name, date of birth, contact details, payment information, transaction history, and IP address — for the purposes of account administration, fraud prevention, KYC compliance, and service improvement.

jpwede implements industry-standard security measures — including 256-bit SSL encryption — to protect your personal data. However, jpwede cannot guarantee absolute security of data transmitted over the Internet, and you acknowledge that you provide your information at your own risk.

jpwede is committed to promoting responsible gambling and providing a safe, controlled environment for all Members. The Platform provides the following tools to help you manage your gambling activity:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits through your Account Settings.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive alerts after a specified period of continuous play.
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily or permanently exclude yourself from the Platform for a period of 7 days, 30 days, 90 days, 6 months, 1 year, or permanently.
• Reality Checks: Periodic pop-up reminders showing how long you have been playing and how much you have wagered.

The Platform and all services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. jpwede makes no representations or warranties of any kind — express, implied, or statutory — regarding the operation, availability, accuracy, or reliability of the Platform.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, jpwede disclaims all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

jpwede shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds, profits, or winnings.
• Interruptions in service, technical malfunctions, or software errors.
• Unauthorized access to your Account resulting from your failure to safeguard your credentials.
• Third-party service failures (payment processors, game providers, telecommunications).
• Force majeure events — including natural disasters, war, civil unrest, government action, pandemics, and public emergencies.

In no event shall jpwede's total liability to you for all damages exceed the amount of funds deposited into your Account during the three-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

You may close your Account at any time by contacting jpwede support at [email protected]. Upon closure, any remaining withdrawable balance will be returned to you following successful identity verification and AML checks.

jpwede reserves the right to suspend or terminate your Account immediately and without prior notice if:

• You breach any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• jpwede suspects fraudulent, unlawful, or abusive activity on your Account.
• You fail to provide requested KYC documentation within the specified timeframe.
• jpwede determines that continuing to provide services to you poses a legal, regulatory, or reputational risk.

Upon termination for cause, jpwede may forfeit all funds in your Account, including deposits, winnings, and Bonus Funds.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which jpwede is licensed and operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms — including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination — shall first be referred to jpwede's internal dispute resolution process. You may lodge a complaint by emailing [email protected] with full details of your grievance.

jpwede will endeavor to resolve all complaints within 14 business days. If the dispute cannot be resolved amicably, either party may submit the matter to binding arbitration in accordance with the arbitration rules of the jurisdiction in which jpwede operates.

Members residing in Indonesia acknowledge that online gambling may be subject to legal restrictions under Indonesian law. You accept full responsibility for ensuring your use of the Platform is lawful under the laws of your place of residence.

jpwede reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, jpwede will notify Members by email, by posting a notice on the Platform, or by updating the "Effective Date" at the top of this document.

Your continued use of the Platform following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your Account.
